We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Eligible Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Include all original packaging and accessories
• Be returned within 30 days of purchase
• Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that have been used or damaged
• Items without proof of purchase
• Services that have already been performed

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Package the item securely in its original packaging
3. Include proof of purchase
4. Ship the item to the address provided in your return authorization

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective item).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact us first. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and processing the exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Service Cancellations

Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
